Todd Evans, Managing Principal

Todd is a seasoned advisor and partner in the tech industry having served in various roles, including senior investment banker, private equity senior advisor and board member, providing strategic, financial and operating advice and oversight to companies.He has over 25 years of extensive experience working with tech companies, including M&A and growth capital advisory, active management of operational growth plans and company turnarounds, and board member roles including audit committee chair.Todd's experience includes acting as a senior advisor to a private equity portfolio of companies, leading digital & technology coverage efforts as a managing director at a boutique advisory firm, a leading senior member of the digital advisory team and director at tech bank GCA Savvian, and an investment banker focused on the tech sector at Lehman Brothers.His blended background in both private equity and investment banking has shaped his approach having a unique, longer-term strategic view and partnership model.Todd's areas of focus within the sector has included AI, SaaS platforms and applications, marketing and commerce/payment tech, data and analytics, tech infrastructure, digital media and eCommerce. He has advised on over $1Bn in transactional value.He holds a BA in business/economics from Wheaton College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth with concentrations in entrepreneurship, strategy and finance.In his spare time, Todd has always enjoyed staying active having played soccer in college and beyond, and having completed 10 triathlons. Currently, he enjoys hiking national parks, traveling and city exploration, walking and biking all with his family, as well as golfing.
